You will be contacted when your Stylist/Technician is ready for you Please keep personal items to a minimum; keys, phone, beverage When you enter please sanitize hands at the station nearest to the entryway Clients as well as Radiance employees will be required to wear a mask at all times while in the building Only the client receiving the service will be permitted to enter the building. No visitors or children You will be charged for your services, an 18% gratuity (unless you specify otherwise), a $5 ECO/PPE fee, and retail products (if any) with the credit card you provided when you scheduled your appointment. No cash or check payments can be accepted at this time. ALL product purchases are final at this time There is no contact in person at the front desk. If you become ill with COVID-19 symptoms within 48 hours of being at Radiance, (to include fever, cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing) we ask that you contact Radiance at 571-333-3005 so we can advise those who may be affected. Conversely, if we learn that a Radiance employee or client becomes ill with COVID-19 symptoms within 48 hours of being in close contact with you, we will contact you immediately.
