Radiance Salon & Medi-Spa was established by Dr. Phillip Chang, a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who also owns and directs the Aesthetica Cosmetic Surgery and Laser Center. We have brought together highly trained hair stylists, aestheticians, and medical professionals so that our highly discerning clients can receive a complete beauty package and leave feeling revitalized and beautiful.
